I understand that convenience and accessibility are important when it comes to attending to our affairs. I prefer convenient and easy-access services and quite often will choose a service based on convenience. This is why I offer my services through a virtual platform so that you can address your marital and/or family law issues or your estate planning needs in a more comfortable setting and at more accessible times. Since I do not have traditional overhead expenses like other lawyers, I can provide services at a more affordable rate. You will never have to go to a courthouse or my office.

Spanish-speaking staff are available upon request. Mediation sessions and Estate Planning are accessible via Zoom.

My virtual services encompass a wide range of relationship resolutions, including divorce mediation, as well as custody, child support, paternity, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and division of property agreements for unmarried couples. 

By choosing me as your mediator, you avoid the inconvenience and additional expenses of hiring a separate attorney to formalize your agreement and file it with the court. I provide all the necessary services, ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective resolution without the need for court appearances. At least one party must reside in the State of New York.
